Tessa Arts, BSc, MSc, P.Geo
Tessa holds a MSc. in petroleum geology from the University of British Columbia and a BSc. in geology from the University of Alberta.
Tessa is a seasoned geologist with a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry and clean energy sectors, specializing in hydrodynamic evaluations and reservoir characterization. Her work as a geologist has contributed to successful exploration and development projects across diverse geological settings, including the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Eastern Canada (on and offshore), South American sub-Andean basins and the Pannonian Basin in Eastern Europe.
As a geologist, Tessa regularly uses GIS workflows for geospatial analysis and data integration, becoming a power user in ArcGIS. She has leveraged GIS technology to enhance geological mapping, streamline spatial data workflows, and support decision-making in exploration and production operations. At Arts Consulting, this unique skill set is leveraged for both subsurface and surface projects in a variety of industries including oil and gas and utility focused clients.
